Information to Authors
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers not exceeding six (6) pages in IEEE double-column format. All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Submission Information
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers describing recent advances, innovations, and applications in the areas covered by IEEE SCSET 2026. All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by the Technical Program Committee and Track Chairs. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to IEEE quality and compliance requirements.

Paper Format Requirements

Papers must follow the official IEEE conference two-column format.

Maximum paper length: 6 pages (including references and figures).

Papers must be submitted in PDF format.

All submissions must be written in English.

Authors are responsible for ensuring anonymity during review.

Double-Blind Review Policy
IEEE SCSET 2026 uses a double-blind peer-review process.
Authors must ensure:

Author names and affiliations are removed from the manuscript

Self-references are anonymized where appropriate
Metadata does not reveal author identity
Originality & Plagiarism Policy
Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. All submissions may be screened using plagiarism detection tools and must comply with IEEE ethics policies.

Presentation Requirement
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper (in-person or virtual). No-show papers will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
Camera-Ready Submission Instructions

Revise the paper according to reviewer comments and recommendations.

Use the official IEEE conference template for the final submission.

Remove double-blind anonymization by restoring author names, affiliations, and acknowledgments.

Verify PDF compliance using IEEE PDF eXpress.

Upload final PDF, source files, and required forms through EDAS.

Complete author registration by November 10, 2026.

Present the paper at the conference to remain eligible for IEEE Xplore submission.
